Back by popular demand, the Department for Employment Services will present the statewide employer seminars again this year.  The 2002 DES Employer Seminars will feature several new locations at the request of last year's attendees. These seminars will be offered around the state to inform employers about the Unemployment Insurance program and services that can be accessed through our agency.  They will provide detailed information on how employers can fulfill the requirements of the program, how to save money on Unemployment Insurance taxes and provide a forum for employers to ask questions of experts in this field.  The sessions are appropriate for personnel administrators, accounting and bookkeeping staff and the owners of small businesses.   In the Green River Area the seminars will be held in Owensboro at the Executive Inn Rivermont on September 24.
